Updates and Changes to your Site
We operate a traffic light system within normal office hours for all updates and changes to our clients’ sites. This ensures that if there is an error on a site – or if something needs to be changed, it will be scheduled into our work plan and actioned within the timescale specified.
A red change is urgent and will be actioned within 30 minutes, amber is less urgent (perhaps within 48 hours) and green is usually for an agreed date in the future e.g advertising an exhibition date etc.
We monitor our updates very closely and grade ourselves on whether a change deadline has been met, exceeded or (very rarely!) missed. Often, changes are included within the quotation provided for a new web site.
