We offer a full support service to all our clients, irrespective of the complexity of the project. For bespoke sites, this is often included as part of a recommended solution and is very comprehensive.
When a client decides to work with Web on High, we will allocate an Account Manager who will work closely with them from planning the site, right through to the launch of a new web site.
Once the site is built, the Account Manager will help them to analyse online statistics, advise on suitable marketing options for the site and ongoing advice and guidance regarding Google ranking, Google promotion, the increase of traffic and revenue or opportunities for new sites and targeting new markets.
Continued dialogue throughout the term of our engagement, be it months or years, is essential.
We make sure that our service and response is appropriate and may include:
- On-going initial support and planning during the production stage of the contract
- One individual point of contact throughout development, optimisation and promotion, but access to the entire team, as appropriate
- Ongoing review meetings during the term of our engagement
- Progress and data reports tailored to your specific needs e.g. how prospects search for your services
- Help and consultation with complementary marketing e.g. white papers, linking strategies and e-mail campaigns.
